Our promise

We want every family to love their busy book. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Refunds within 48 hours

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of your payment. Email us at hello.thebusybookclub@gmail.com with your order number and a short note telling us why you would like a refund. We ask for the reason so we can protect our small business from misuse and keep improving our books. Once we receive your message, we will confirm and refund you in full to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 48 hours

Because our books are digital downloads that can be kept and printed right away, we cannot offer refunds after 48 hours from payment.

Problems with your download

If a file will not open, a page looks wrong, or you chose the wrong age by mistake, write to us at any time. We will fix it, resend your files or help you swap to the right book.

Bundles and discounts

Bundles are refunded as a whole, for the amount you actually paid.
