These Terms of Service apply to your use of thebusybookclub.com and to every purchase from The Busy Book Club ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell printable digital busy books for children aged 2 to 5, delivered as downloadable files. Nothing is shipped.

2. Your license

When you buy a book, you may download it and print as many copies as you need for your own family. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or give away the files or printed copies, or use them for commercial purposes, without our written permission. All designs, illustrations and text remain the property of The Busy Book Club.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and may appear in your local currency. Discounts and bundle prices apply at checkout. Price changes never affect orders already placed.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund policy.

5. Safety and supervision

Our activities are designed to be used with an adult. Small cut-out pieces and velcro dots can be a choking hazard. Always supervise young children during play, and keep small pieces away from children who still put objects in their mouths.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer where you live.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
